Admission through CSAB counselling is based on CRL in JEE Main Rank. Considering the previous year cut off in CSAB round 1 and round 2 you do not have chances to get seat in NIT/IIIT/GFTI through CSAB counselling considering your CRL. You can check previous year cut off using the link below

The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
