There are number of top college in Delhi for the course Management (Bachelors in Management studies). But to get admission there maths in plus two is compulsory.
Yet there are few colleges that offer BBA without maths
IIM indore (dual degree program)
Guru gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi
Symbiosis International University - pune
Christ University - bangalore

Th  above colleges have their own entrance examination.

You can apply for BBA at Amity Online for correspondence or if you are interested in college studying then you can go for Skyline College in Delhi, they provide good placements from all over the country. 

You can also apply at IP University in Delhi or Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. 

If you can go a little flexible then you can opt for Galgotias University in Greater Noida or Amity University in Greater Noida.

But, A lot of constituent colleges, be it from Delhi University or other universities, require Mathematics as part of the student's class 12 curriculum to be eligible for Business Management.

Another thing you can do is opt for a private university if you have the resources. They are usually very lenient when it comes to eligibility criteria, so if you have the funds do apply. They also normally have world class infrastructure.
