After doing your MBBS you can write combined medical services exam, civil services which can take you to the top post where you will have good income and job profile. There are various departments which recuit doctors on their department by exams, interview etc. Few examples are AIIMS, Railways etc. Highest paying job is in Armed Forces but for that you must have studied from afmc. many para military services recuit doctors. There are many opportunities for doctors just look for notification which are notified through out the year.
