Chances of getting CSE at Vellore campus is somewhat low but yaah you will be easily able to grab the IT branch in Vellore campus. Since you comes under Counselling of category 1 so because of that you have a brighter chance to take IT branch but in case of CSE may be you will get or not it totally depend upon the situation/strength of branch.
But yaah with this much rank you can easily get CSE/IT at Chennai campus.
