WBJEE is an entrance exam conducted to get admission in engineering colleges of west bengal . And if you belong to any other state else than west bengal , then also you are eligible for WBJEE.But the only drawback of belonging to any other state is that you can not get admission to govt. Colleges because government colleges only accepts admission through WBJEE  of those  students only  who belong to west bengal .

But the best place where you can get in , if you belong to any other state  , is jadavpur university. The university has no special home state quota or domicile system. The merit list is same for all the students. So thats a great advantage for you. Other than jadavpur university ,you can also get admission in BESU or now known as IIEST . OR , you can get admission in any private engineering college but not in government engjneering colleges.
