• Class 12th certificate
• Caste certificate
• Domicile certificate 
• Income certificate of parents (if applicable) 
• Self-attested copies of sports /ECA (if applicable) 
• Payment of application fee receipt 
• Passport size photo 
• Transfer certificate that you get from school
