Printout of online KCET application form

Original copy of challan as a proof of payment of fee

10th and 12th original and photocopy of marksheet

Study certificate of a concerned college

Two passport size photo of recent .

If you are Pwd candidate then you must have Pwd certificate .

Valid caste certificates for (SC/ST/ RESERVED CATEGORY )
