I am doing aeronautical Engineering.
To take admission in B.E program you should have (10+2) completion certificate with valid JEE score.
Moreover many states have carried out different exam for B.E program like in Gujarat there is GUJCET etc. You are also eligible if you came from diploma with aeronautical or mechanical streams.
To become eligible for Masters in aeronautical department you should have B.E degree with valid GATE exam score.
