see generally bsc in trauma care management is 3 years duration course. however you have to follow the syllabus of studies as per your institute wise. so donot buy anything like books or study materials related with trauma care before consulting your faculty.

however each of the institute has distinct syllabus . so students have to follow the books and materials as per the direction of the college faculty.
