Sorry to inform you but you will not be able to find any private medical College with complete fees under 3 lakh. Even many government colleges will not be fall under this bracket.

The general fees of the lowest order for any private medical college is around 3-5 lakh per annum. You might have to pay for hostels seperately. The whole course then might end up at 20-30 lakhs or even more.
