Well once you are done with your masters in India then you will have toa poly for doctoral coursework in abroad colleges and universities. Every college has its own requirements laid down by the department where you want admission. The admission decision to scholarship decision to everything regarding the student is decided by that faculty in which the student wishes to study his PhD. There are really good number of scholarship available in many universities and colleges for PhD study.
