The three subjects that are a part of the KCET syllabus are Maths, Physics, Chemistry as stated by the official site for which they have provided the syllabus

Each subject holds 60 questions and the weightage of each subject is 60 marks totalling upto 180 marks for 180 questions. No you cannot exchange the subjects for any other subject
