The Second Stage of IPMAT entrance is WAT-PI. In this round, the shortlisted candidates are interviewed by a panel of IIM Indore. They have to also write an Essay on a given topic. The selection at this round depends on the candidate's performance in thes two rounds. Here, students are selected and are given final admissions to the five-year integrated management programme. Each stage of the IPMAT selection procedure has a different weight-age assigned for final selections. IPMAT has a weight-age of 60 per cent, and PI has a weight-age of 40 per cent. Only on the basis of the final result calculations, students are given final admissions.

Subject knowledge-Questions are generally asked on the subjects you studied in 10+2 and your career aspirations.

Career Aspiration-Where do you want to see yourself after 5 years? Your career aspirations.

General Knowledge or Current Affairs questions are indispensable for any interview. Know the important updates on the current happenings at politics, economics, business, society and other aspects.

Expect questions on your hobbies and interests. The personality traits of a person depend a lot on how efficient a manager would be. The answer you give to the initial question would make way for the upcoming questions.
