You have not mentioned which category you belong to. Last year,  a score of  485 secured a seat in Veer Chandra Singh Garwali institute of medical sciences and research, Srinagar in the general category under the state quota and a score of 455 secured a seat for OBC in the same college. For SC it is 311 and ST it is 337. But scores and ranks vary with toughness of the exam and availability of seats.
