what can i do after 54.2% in 12th?

54% isn't a very good score but decent enough to be eligible for almost all the courses.

There a number of courses after 12th PCM but which  will be the best for you and you should go for depends upon following factors

For example,

if you want to become an Engineer you will have to do btech , if you want to be an architect then you need to do B. Arch ,   if you want to get into business or management then BBA can be a good option for you.

To be eligible for BTech in Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur which is a government institution , one needs to pass 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory/mandatory subjects along with one of -   Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology with at  least aggregate of 45% marks (40% if you are from reserved categories ) in these subjects    .
