I think MSc in Biotechnology is better than MBA in Information Technology (IT) as it gives technical exposures but MBA in IT is better for the business line. Otherwise, You can go for jobs after completing BSc in IT and if you want to do higher studies there is also some options except the MBA in IT and MSc in Biotechnology. Such as, MSc in IT. You can also study abroad.

If you have done BSc IT then as per my opinion MBA IT is a better option. Once if you complete MBA in IT then you will be having chance to get opportunities in all the IT companies. If you do MBA then you will be having more scope to get good opportunities in your career in good companies with good packages, and here you will be having chance to enter in directly senior level management and middle level management.
