You can apply for jobs directly to companies that offer pharmaceutical jobs.

You will get jobs like

drug safety specialist, statistician, Biotech scientist and some technical jobs related to computers.

But as far as india is concerned, there are not very popular jobs in pharmaceutical companies. But you will get a high profile job in foreign countries which manufacture and authorize drugs.

Though India too has jobs in pharmaceutical companies, you wont be able make more out of it. But yeah, you have jobs in that field.

Rather you could go with PhD and get high profile jobs in India itself
