Please check whether you have any pending payment towards CUSAT. This error message might have occured because you have not paid any fees related to allotment or counselling. The admission procedures require fee payment and if someone does not pay they won't proceed further with the application. Check once again and see whether you can do any fee payment now to get you a seat.

If the last time you tried to pay the fee and your transaction was failed, then it is suggested that you try to repay the fee using a different Netbanking account, Debit Card or e-Wallet. If the online fee was deducted and you still have 'transaction not successful', then don't worry the amount will be refunded back into your account. It can take upto 15 days. But, for now, try to pay the fees again and if it does not work, send an email to the concerned authority enclosing the screenshots of your payment. Hope this helps.
