The difference between btech from IITs and from any other engineering colleges is that students get more exposure in the IIT to the real world scenario and best teachers are there to guide you.

You also should not forget about placements, because any day IIT’s placements are better than any other engineering colleges.

It's same as the difference in the price of a cloth with Raymond tag and the same cloth in a local store with the local brand of tag.
