To be eligible for Civil services exam you need to have a Bachelor's degree. You'll be eligible to give CSE (Civil Services Examination) only after your Bachelor's. Candidates can't give CSE just after their intermediate. You can pursue your Bachelor's in the stream you choose for your 12th standard or any of your interest.
