If the document is not of the given format,  then I dont think you can go further in that online process . You cab probably proceed for choice filling after verification of all documents including their formats . But in case you need to make any correction or if you have entered the wrong documents then there is a scope for amendments . You can visit the official website of UPSEE Exam. Click on the link for form correction: UG Course and PG Course. Sign in to the account using the application number, password and security pin to activate the correction link. Check for the fields of correction and edit them. After corrections, you should take at least 2 printouts of the confirmation page for subsequent use.
