Hi.

Once result comes out then you have to download rank card and score card . If you are qualifying their cut off you are eligible for counselling and you have to register for counselling on MCI site and then you get date for filling your desired colleges this is procedure for allotment of seats under 15% quota.
There will be complete schedule for registration , filling of colleges , declaration of results of counselling .
For 85% seats you have to register for your state counselling either at their portal or offline. Then they call you for counselling .
You should have following documents ready with you always for any counselling :
Admit card of NEET. 10thmark sheet. 12th mark sheet. Rank card, score card, passport size photographs,Migration certificate,Provisional certificate,Character certificate. Try to keep multiple copy of documents and both self attested and attest by your school principal .Sometimes they ask you for attested photocopy .

Hope this helps.
