Greetings. Hope you're doing well. DU releases a series of cut offs depending on availability of seats in a particular course. Now let's try to understand your query. See if you've cleared the second cut off, that is your best four percentage is more or equal to the percentage mentioned in cut off, and less than the first cut off. You're supposed to take admission in those particular dates, ideally. Now, the third cut off has released and your marks exceed it, so you'll be given admission only when there will still be availability of seats after the ones who cleared the third cut off secured their seat. If there will still be a seat, then on third day which is last day, college will give you admission. In case the seats will be full, you will have to seek another college.
