So if you clear the cutoff, you need to go to the college you are eligible for (according to cutoff match), with all your documents and the print out of the registration form.
In the College, you will go through the form filling and verification of certificates. Once you are done, the College authorities will submit your documents and you can leave for home.
Within 24hours you will have pay the fees for your college online. The DU portal will show your fees and everything and you will have pay there.
