Hope you are doing well and coming to your question yes you are definitely eligible as the cutoff for different categories are declared on the basis of the students marks in perticular year .After knowing result and selecting 2,45,000 student only cutoff is declared.

Clearing cutoff means eligible for jee  Advance not this means you can get Nit ,IIIT or government funded college until your score is around 150
