What if we didn't get allotment in KEAM mbbs mop up round. Will the registration fee be refunded?

hi! i would like to inform you that since you were not allotted a seat after participating in neet 2020 councelling for mbbs/bds, then your fees will be fully refunded. This would not have been possible if you would have been allotted a seat and then you were wanting to leave.
