You need to have 60% in your 12th board examination with physics and mathematics as compulsory subjects and for SC, ST, PWD it is 55%.

Since you did not mention which branch you want to opt. Generally the closing ranks are around 3lakh- 7 lakh depending on he branch. So you just need to score above the cutoff for JEE mains and there is a high probability to would earn a sea t in UIET chandigarh
