Hello,
Admission to MA Geography course for 76 seats is done under two categories:

For DU graduates: merit based (38 seats)
for others: entrance exam (38seats)

BA program is a general undergraduate course where you will be studying History, Geography, polity all together, though not in much detail.
Whereas, BA Geography hons is a geography specific course. You will be studying geography only, but in a very detailed manner.
