The placement record of VGEC shows consistent track record of number of students getting placed above 200. Mass recruiters like TCS, Accenture do come, but core companies do not seem to approach the college.

Some PSUs like ONGC,GAIL do visit PDPU but the placement record is better only for the students of Petroleum Engineering. The placements are expected to be good for the new courses like CSE, ICT too. No batch has passed out yet for these courses.
