VGEC BE Admission Process

• Candidates are required to meet the VGEC admission eligibility criteria and fill GUJCET application form on the official website.

• Candidates must note that the GUJCET result is released online at gujcet.gseb.org.

• After taking the exam and securing a valid score, candidates should register online. They must then complete the registration form, upload the required documents, and confirm the registration.

• Students must meet the GUJCET cutoff to be eligible for further rounds of admission.

• After the registration, the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will declare a merit list of all eligible candidates. Further, candidates are required to fill choices (the college name and the respective course).

VGEC ME Admission Process 

• Candidates are required to meet the VGEC admission eligibility criteria and fill GATE /PGCET application form.

• Candidates should appear for either of the two exams and secure a valid score. Afterwards, candidates should register online at the given link gujacpc.nic.in. They must then complete the registration form, upload the required documents, and confirm the registration.

• Students must meet the respective cutoff of GATE or Gujarat PGCET to be eligible for further rounds of admission.

• A merit list will be released after the registration by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC). Further, candidates are required to fill choices (the college name and the respective course).

• For VGEC admissions, candidates must choose Vishwakarma Government Engineering College as their preferred college. 

• Seats will be allotted by ACPC to students according to their secured merit and preferences.
