CAT cutoff 2017 has been announced by few IIM's including IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, IIM Calcutta and Kozhikode among others. The other top B-schools will also release their CAT 2017 cutoff after the announcement of result. WhileCAThas been conducted by IIM Lucknow on November 26, 2017, the result is awaited for the second week of January 2018.

CAT cut off 2017 is the basis for admission to PGP programmes offered in IIMs and MBA/PGDM courses in the business schools that accepts the score. Most of the IIMs and top B-schools have announced CAT 2017 cutoff. The CAT cut off 2017 for IIM Ahmedabad is 80 percentile for general category while for OBC NC category it is 75. While the CAT cut off 2017 for IIM Bangalore is 90 percentile for general candidates and for OBC NC it is 80. Moreover, the CAT cut off 2017 for IIM Calcutta for general candidates is 90 percentile and for OBC NC category it is 85 percentile. Though the CAT cut off score has been announced but all the top IIMs and B school in India accepts more than 99 percentile for selecting candidates for next round of selection process. CAT cutoff of FMS Delhi is expected to be 98 percentile. MICA will give 50 % CAT to prepare the shortlist for GE and PI. MAT cutoff of top-business schools ranges in between 700 to 500.
