For the year 2018, the cutoff for IGIMS, Patna was 557 marks(AIR 6216) for general category but in the first round counselling of Bihar state NEET 2019, the cutoff for government medical colleges in Bihar is a score of 599(AIR 7924 state rank 481). So you have chances of getting IGIMS in state counselling but not very high according to the cutoff trend. But you can always be patient and hope for the best.
