Hey, I am assuming you're expecting to go for B.H.M.S course to take a seat. And mentioning that the college is in Delhi.  You can expect the cut of to go a little bit higher than the other states, so as far as looking at your concern I would say you need to score atleast 380 plus to expect a seat B.H.M.S in a college located in Delhi.
