As of now, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has not released the official cutoff scores for the JEE Main 2025 exam held on January 23, 2025, in the first shift. The cutoff marks are typically announced after the completion of all exam sessions and the subsequent evaluation process.

While the official cutoff for 2025 is pending, we can look at previous years' data for context. For instance, in 2024, the qualifying cutoff percentile scores were:

• General Category: 93.24
• OBC-NCL: 79.67
• EWS: 81.33
• SC: 60.09
• ST: 46.69

After the analysis of the JEE mains paper which is conducted and according to previous year cutoff trends this expected cutoff is declared.

JEE Main counselling registration will commence in June 2025.The JEE Main Counselling fee for general candidates is INR 45,000, while that for SC/ ST/ SC-PwD/ ST-PwD/ GEN-PwD/ OBC-NCL-PwD is INR 20,000.
