As far as the cut off for coep is concerned , the cut offs are on the basis of the state merit rank prepared by the institute itself. So, I would giving you the cut offs as per the previous year cut offs-

As you have mentioned that you want to know about the cut off for mechanical so the state rank cut off generally stays under 700. For computer science the cut off is 134.
