PGDM in digital marketing is a one year course. Both the options are good. MBA is highly preferred as it provides more scope. MBA also accepted in many areas of work.  digital marketing is not limited to one branch or domain. It is a wide area or a vertical covering many horizontals i.e. domain.

it would be better if you prefer MBA which will help you alot to make a good career option.
