I would like to inform you, that you need to have Atleast 60% in the class 12 Boards with all the subjects attempted in the same year in Class 12 boards with the subjects Biology, Chemistry and Physics .And also some other requirements that there are some age restrictions also for Different Categories .

Then these days you have to apply for the NEET exam and then you have to score a minimum cutoff to clear the exam and to get a seat that depends on the Category, state and the Course you wanna pursue.
