What is the criteria for deciding local status in Telangana for medical admissions through NEET?

Dear Student

A student is granted local status as follows
1.Student must have passed the intermediate board exam from that state
2.The time from which you are living in that state matters and there is some fixed time ( to my knowledge 5 years )
Any student who is not able to fulfill the above conditions is considered as non local.
