Hello Ravish,

UPSEE is a state level exam conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Government for admission in technical universities of Uttar Pradesh. Since the paper is easy when compared to popular exams such as JEE, the cut-off most of the times remains high.

You can see the trends by folloing the above link.

This year too the cut-off is expected to remain 25% for General, OBC, ST category people, where as 20% of the toal marks for SC candidates.

However, you may want to see the opening and closing ranks, of the popular colleges under UPSEE, therefore, some top colleges and there cut-off is provided in the above link.

In case you want to know the branch wise cut-off for UPSEE, then for:

CSE: 20-35000 ranks

MEE: 20-35000 ranks,

EEE: 30-35000 ranks,

ECE: 200-30000 ranks,

Civil: 350-30000 ranks.

Being under 30,000 rank, will fetch you your desired branch, but not in your desired college.

Closing rank for top colleges such as IET lucknow is around 70, for all branches.

Hope this helps

Regards.
