Based on analysis from various government colleges of Gujarat the minimum and the maximum hostel fee is (8000 - 10000) INR.  

They include all the facilities like food , hostel rent , security charge and many other . Based on the college you apply for it many vary but the college you are looking forward it has hostel fee 8000 INR and this is for 6 months tenure after that you'll have to submit again 8000 INR that means 16000 INR approx per year.
