Indian Institutes of Information Technology are a group of institutes of higher education in India, focused on information technology. Five of them are established, funded and managed by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The rest are set up on the public-private partnership model. 

Yes , you do have a good chance of getting in , but the cutoff for the college will only be declared by NTA after the April exam of JEE MAINS. It's due to the reason that the cutoff will also depend on the second exam as the best of two scores of the candidate will be  considered before making the rank list.
