IITs i.e. Indian Institutes of Technology are top notch institutes for Technology in India. Other than courses related to technology, IITs do offer Bachelor of science (research), Dual Degree (B.Tech, M.Tech and BS MS), Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor or design, Masters in Design, MBA, M.Phil, M.Arch, Master's of Science etc. The jobs will depend on which course you choose. IITs do offer extremely good placements to its students. On completion of your undergraduation, you can join IIT in post graduation programs as Teaching Assistant. To become a professor in IITs, you must complete Master's and more prefernce are given to PhD. Work experience in the field will be required.
