Placement rating for both the colleges are more or less same.

NIT Placement : The placement percentage is above 90% every year. The highest salary package offered to the students last year was 44 LPA, the average salary package offered was 13 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA.

JNU Placement: ECE students, the highest salary package offered is 72 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 36 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 9LPA. Almost 100% of the students got an internship.
