As you know that AIIMS Delhi is one the top medical college of India. To get a seat AIIMS Delhi you need to get a rank below 40-50 in the first shift. But difficulty of the question also plays a role.

Since there are two shifts in the exam, mark change the rank accordingly. But the score of 145+ will land you in the safe side.

Dear candidate, from this year only AIIMS and JIPMER entrance exams has been scrapped off. From next year only NEET will be the gateway for taking admission in MBBS colleges even in AIIMS DELHI. There will be one common exam. Since it will be the first time that NEET score will be considered for admission in AIIMS so the criteria for admission hasn't been released as admission in AIIMS is on the basis of percentile system. So, the exact method is not known yet. You can wait till the official notice on this.
