You should aim for a VITEEE rank below 50,000 to 55,000 and marks around 60 or more out of 120, this can generally get you close to that rank.

But it changes every year and by campus.

For admission to Btech Chemical Engineering at VIT (Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal, or AP campus), you should aim for a VITEEE rank below 20,000 for Category 1 seats. If your rank is between 20,000–40,000, you may still get admission under Category 2 or 3, but with a higher fee. Admission also depends on campus preference, seat availability, and your performance in VITEEE.
