There are total 18 hostels located in Delhi for outstation regular students. All hostels are fully furnished with all modern facilities and provide good Environment for hostel life  some of hostels are separate for girls and boys ,some are common.

The hostel fee is on an average 3-4.5 k per month including every possible facility. This is the minimum charge . Hostel charges extend when it is in areas like kalkaji, south Ex, Lajpat nagar, Dhaula Kuan, GK et . Here single occupancy cost minimum RS 10,000/ month.

Tuition Fees for BA ( hons) in Delhi University

1.05 lakh for 3 years.

Along with these list of other expenses in DU

Tentative mess charges - 2750/ month + 5% GST = RS 2890/MONTH.

HOSTEL Development charges -550

WUS health care charges - 240

Computer charges - 1000

Common room charges - 500

In Delhi University the admission in BA Hons is through merit based list. Now the fees is different in all the colleges and also depends on the category of students because for general category it is higher then that of reserved categories.

In a general overview the annual fees may range between20000- 80000. Now the staying and other overhaul expenses also depends on the students. Whether the student wants average utilities or the best. So overall on an average a student may spend around 50000 on an average in a year in the Delhi University.
