DU is one of the india's most reputed colleges .first i must tell you there is less placement after bsc stistics hons but placements are high in colleges under du like hindu college . there is  not any official statement provided by du for its placements . but bsc statistics is a good choice for sure . i have found that statistics is more career oriented course so getting a job is much easier 

doing mba or masters in statistics help you to get a good job
