The CUSAT rank is determined by various factors such as difficulty of question paper, number of candidates appearing etc. According to previous year trends, your marks looks like you definitely have a rank below 2000. SOE has not mentioned it's last year cut off on its official site yet, but going by 2017 cut off, you definitely have a good chance at ECE in this college.
