Hello Student ,

State quota means seats which are reserved  for the candidates of perspective state , the one who is eligible to apply the state quota should have a domicile (Resident) of that particular state .

Whereas regional quota means  apart from an all India quota of 15% , 70% of seats in colleges in each region out of remaining 85% state quota seats are reserved for candidates from that particular region. The remaining 30% is kept aside for students from other regions.
