Hi. Can i get admission in vssut with 70 percentile in jee mains for cse branch for obc girl category without state quota

Hello,
For admission into IIT s through JEE mains and Advanced, there is no regional and state quota. For NITs, 40% of the seats are reserved for Home State quota. For IIITs, there are no such quota. State government engineering colleges offee quota to the students from their own state and only a percentage of seats are given for outside state students.
